Guided by the stars. Crafted for the occasion.
Inspired by the Southern Cross — the enduring beacon of the southern skies — Navigator is a refined expression of contemporary Australian gin-making.
Handcrafted by Cauldron Distillery, Navigator celebrates the provenance of our estate through botanicals grown on our own land. Lemon myrtle, aniseed myrtle and native pepperberry form its distinctive Australian heart, layered with fresh orange and honey to create a beautifully composed spirit of elegance, depth and aromatic complexity.
Bright citrus leads the palate, followed by delicate native florals and subtle spice. Honey lends softness and balance, carrying the botanicals into a clean, lingering finish.
Guided by the Southern Cross
For generations, the Southern Cross has been a constant in our night sky — a symbol of direction, place and discovery.
It is this spirit that inspired Navigator.
Rooted in the landscape from which it is created, The Navigator brings together estate-grown Australian botanicals with considered craftsmanship to create a gin that is both distinctly local and elegantly contemporary.
Designed especially to be enjoyed with premium soda, its botanical character remains beautifully expressive in a longer, lighter serve. Poured tall over ice, the soda opens the gin's layers of citrus, native spice and aromatics, allowing the spirit itself to take centre stage.
From long lunches and golden afternoons to evenings that deserve something exceptional, Navigator is a gin made for soda and an occasion.
Estate grown. Guided by the Southern Cross. Distinctly Australian.
