Our Mulled Wine Cocktail, Mulled Magic, combines rich Rosso Vermouth, juicy cherry juice, warming cinnamon syrup and bright orange juice, gently heated and served hot. It's everything you love about traditional mulled wine, reimagined with a signature Cauldron twist.
Sweet, spiced and wonderfully comforting, it's the perfect companion for crisp mountain days and cosy catch-ups .

𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼 (𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶 & 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗵)
A bold and zesty spirit with a lively kick of fresh chilli. Bright lime and green vegetal agave take centre stage, balanced by a savoury twist of Australian Saltbush. Vibrant and complex — sip it neat or mix into your favourite cocktail.
𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼
Rich and complex, delicately rested in American oak to add depth and colour while preserving the fresh, green character of agave. Subtle notes of creamy caramel, soft vanilla and a whisper of cinnamon weave through for a mellow, rounded finish. Crafted to be savoured neat in good company.

A rich, full-bodied coffee liqueur built on our Australian Agave Spirit. Layered with exotic spices, dark chocolate, caramel and toffee, with organically grown cold-pressed coffee, vanilla bean, cinnamon and organic rapadura sugar. Perfect over ice, in an espresso martini, or poured over ice cream for a decadent affogato.
