WHAT'S ON AT CAULDRON DISTILLERY
SPIRIT OF THE MOUNTAIN - 31 MAY
We are so excited to share details of our Scenic Rim Eat Local Month event for 2025, Spirit of the Mountain, being held on Saturday 31 May.
Spend time in the east and discover the ‘spirit of the mountain’ at Cauldron Distillery. The event opens with a welcome from the Wangeriburra peoples, the traditional owners of Jambreen or Tamborine Mountain. Hear the stories of their ancestors as they set the scene for this relaxed afternoon of storytelling and song.
As the sun goes down, graze on delicious dishes from the Cauldron kitchen made with locally sourced produce and ingredients. Enjoy live performances from legendary Australian artist Ben Lee and other talented local musicians, all while sipping on Cauldron’s exceptional range of locally produced spirits.
On this opening weekend of Scenic Rim Eat Local Month, we invite you to soak up the spirit of Tamborine Mountain with family and friends, taking in stunning mountain views and the finest local flavours.

It's the moment you've all been waiting for. Our Inaugural Queensland Single Malt Whisky has been hand bottled and is now ready for you to enjoy. You can purchase it in store at the distillery or online. If you are visiting us in person you can also take part in our Whisky Tasting Experience.

At Cauldron Distillery, Kids Eat Free all day, every Friday.
Simply bring the family along and dine with us for either lunch or dinner. You will receive 1x free kid's meal with every paying adult's meal. Free meal valid for kids 15 and under.

COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH
As the cool change sweeps across Tamborine Mountain, the air turns crisp — mornings and evenings alike. To toast the arrival of autumn, we're proud to present “An Autumn Affair” — our Cocktail of the Month for May.
This seasonal delight blends sour apple liqueur, vodka, fresh apple juice, smooth caramel, and a splash of lemon. It's finished with an elegant apple and caramel garnish — a perfect balance of sweet and tart.
Utterly irresistible, and available all month for just $20.
