The gin that started it all.

Born in the mountains and handcrafted in Australia, Mountain Gin is the first gin created by the boys at Cauldron Distillery — the foundation upon which our distilling journey was built.

Elegant and refined, Five-To-Five brings together classic juniper with carefully selected Australian botanicals to create a distinctive gin of exceptional balance and character. Quandong and lemon myrtle provide delicate citrus, subtle floral notes and a gently exotic fruit character, while juniper remains at the heart of the spirit.

The result is a beautifully smooth and aromatic gin with a bright, sophisticated finish — contemporary in style, yet grounded in traditional gin-making.

The Five-To-Five Story

There are a few stories behind the name.

Our distillery sits high in the Scenic Rim at 525 metres above sea level. Five-to-five might refer to the hours when the day begins to wind down. Or perhaps it’s simply that unmistakable moment when the working day ends and a well-earned gin begins.

Whatever the inspiration, Five-To-Five represents where Cauldron began — our first expression, our original recipe and the gin that set the benchmark for everything that followed.
